Return Policy
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Pantsstayput.com. However, if for any reason there is a defect in your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date, accompanied by the receipt with which it came, in its original box, and with a brief description of the defect, for a full refund of the purchased price. Your original shipping costs will also be refunded, but the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return of the item to Pantsstayput.com.- Pantsstayput.com will not be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipment.
- We advise that you insure your merchandise for all returns for your protection.
- Please allow up to ten (10) business days for all refunds to be processed and allow 3 to 7 business days for mailing time.
- This form must be included in the return package.

Pantsstayput.com cannot accept merchandise for refund if items are received damaged, scratched, or show visible signs of wear. Items not postmarked within 30 days of the ship date also will not be accepted. Please understand there are no exceptions to this policy. Any merchandise received by Pantsstayput.com that does not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer. Pantsstayput.com does reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above policy is abused in any way.

You must print and include the return slip to receive your credit. Please allow 10-14 business days from our receipt of your return for the credit to appear on your account.
Important:- No refunds or returns on international orders.
- Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receipt.
- Ordering: Our secure web site offers quick, easy and worry-free on-line purchasing with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Security is a high priority for Pantsstayput.com. Order on-line with confidence, knowing Pantsstayput.com has been built using the latest encryption technologies.
- Change to Order: We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 24 hours by e-mail. After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed.
- Order Cancellations: Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order.
- International Orders: Please call during our business hours to place an International Order. International orders may be subject to additional Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees and Taxes, which are the purchaser’s responsibility and are in addition to our quoted shipping and handling charges. Please keep in mind that all International Shipments/Sales are final. Any taxes, duty, customs charges, brokerage charges or tariffs are your responsibility. We will not pay for any additional charges incurred in the shipping or receiving process.
- No refunds or returns on International Shipments
- Privacy: Customer privacy is important to us. We have never, and will never sell our mailing list. All customer information is absolutely confidential.
- Warranty: Because of Conditions and use beyond its control, the manufacturer makes no warranty nor accepts any responsibility other than the original purchase price of the product.

This is a customer service number only. Orders must be placed on-line at Pantsstayput.com. Customer service hours are from 10:00am to 4:00pm Mountain Standard Time. Please leave a message if we are experiencing high call volume. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.
